The Yandi Fixed Plant Workshop was undertaken as a joint venture between Hodge Collard Preston Architects, RED Engineers and Linkforce Engineering and comprised a 2275 m² 8 bay maintenance workshop, tool store, locker room and 1735 m² office complex with supporting infrastructure.
The project was designed to 4 Green Star Environmental Ratings in line with Rio Tinto’s Sustainability Requirements.
