Hodge Collard Preston were engaged by a Contractor in a Design & Construct contract to design and document a new 400sqm office building with an adjoining 5,200sqm warehouse. The site is located in a Landcorp Industrial Estate and had to be done in compliance with Landcorp Design Guidelines to ensure high quality of Development.
