Hodge Collard Preston undertook the schematic design, design development, contract documentation and contract
administration for this neighbourhood shopping centre located in Caversham amongst a newly developed residential
area.
The building design incorporates a feature high level canopy entry into the shopping centre, with complimenting feature corner towers. The shopping centre provides a variety of shops in 12 tenancies including Coles, Liquorland, a Chemist, a Newsagent, a Hairdresser, a Barber Shop, a Nail Salon, a local Fish and Chip Shop and more shops to come.
