Hodge Collard Preston developed existing designs for a Community Centre encompassing dual Child Health Clinics, a child care centre, a toy library along with common facilities and landscaping. The centre sits in the new redevelopment zone in Lathlain Place alongside an engaged community with adjacent sporting facilities, scout centres and cafes.
HCP liaised with numerous stake holders with differing priorities to establish a centre that catered for all users as well as allowing varying levels of access for conflicting operational times. The result is a successful and open centre with an abundance of natural light and open areas.
