Hodge Collard Preston were awarded the contract to undertake the design, documentation and contract administration of this multi-user sporting facility for the City of Nedlands. This facility services a number of sporting and community groups providing changing and function facilities.
The new building includes a club room and a committee room which could be combined to use as a single function room overlooking the sports ground, bar, commercial kitchen with a cool room, change rooms fitted with toilet and shower facilities, umpire room, coach room, medical room and store rooms for the sports clubs. The design includes a simple yet dynamic form utilising prefinished and robust materials to minimise maintenance cost for the City.
