Hodge Collard Preston has been engaged to complete the design, documentation, tender and contract administration of this multi user facility by a number of user groups within the City of Joondalup.
The facility services a number of sporting and community groups providing change room and function room facilities. The facility is currently located between two existing ovals, where one of them needs to be kept accessible during the construction period.
The project also includes new tennis courts, basketball court, cricket practice nets, softball cages and back nets, and a children’s playground for the community.
